The Childcare Worker is responsible for managing an aftercare classroom and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed. They must also provide engaging and age-appropriate activities for children while maintaining required staff-to-child ratios.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience in a childcare setting is required.
The Childcare Worker is responsible for implementing an aftercare classroom, or on an as needed bases in other NCC classrooms. ensuring that required ratios are maintained, fully implementing required health and safety practices as required by the Louisiana Department of Education and Louisiana Health Department, and providing engaging, age-appropriate activities for the children.
This is a part-time position.
