Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by preparing learning spaces and assisting with individual and small-Group activities. They will also observe children to meet their individual needs and build respectful relationships with families.

Candidates must meet state education and experience requirements for working with children in a school or childcare setting. A positive, collaborative mindset and an interest in the montessori approach are essential.
