Work-Based Learning Specialist

The work-Based learning specialist provides job coaching and classroom instruction to help students develop employment and self-Advocacy skills. They also manage relationships with community employers and document student progress to ensure program goals are met.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required, along with a valid driver's license. Candidates should have experience working with individuals with cognitive disabilities and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
