Resident. Instructor

The residential instructor provides direct support to clients by implementing individual care plans, facilitating daily living activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. They are responsible for monitoring medical and behavioral changes, administering medication, and assisting with community integration and household maintenance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid driver's license, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and the capacity to perform active work are mandatory.
