Resident. Instructor

The resident instructor is responsible for creating a nurturing environment, implementing individual care plans, and monitoring the medical, physical, and behavioral needs of clients. They also manage household tasks, administer medication, and facilitate community outings while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid driver's license, the ability to lift 70-75 lbs, and the capacity to perform active work are required.
