Resident. Instructor

The resident instructor is responsible for creating a nurturing learning environment and implementing individual care plans to support clients with daily living activities. They must monitor medical and behavioral changes, administer medication, and facilitate community outings while maintaining a safe and clean living environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid ct driver's license, the ability to lift 70-75 lbs, and the capacity to perform active work are required.
