Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Collect and accurately document session data Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors Build positive and professional relationships with clients and caregivers Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Child Development, or a related field Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Reliable transportation required (rideshare services not accepted) Passion for working with children and helping others Professional, patient, dependable, and compassionate Work Location In-Person | Client Homes in the Waldorf, MD Area Applicants must be able to commute to the Waldorf area and maintain reliable transportation throughout employment.
