Early Intervention Service Coordinator- Part Time

The service coordinator will manage developmental services for children by coordinating evaluations and creating individualized family service plans (Ifsps). They will also collaborate with local agencies and schools to ensure families are connected to necessary resources and support.

The role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting children and families in their homes and communities. Candidates must be able to navigate complex service systems and provide compassionate advocacy for over 50 families.
