Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician (Rbt) implements individualized programs written by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) using applied behavior analysis (Aba). They help patients learn new skills in various settings, including therapy centers, homes, schools, and workplaces.

Candidates must have a passion for helping others, be dependable, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
