PRN Physical Therapist- Home Health Services

The physical therapist will perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide physical therapy procedures to restore function and improve patient mobility. They will also supervise assistants, participate in team meetings, and prepare clinical documentation.

Candidates must have a bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree in physical therapy, along with at least one year of experience. A valid physical therapy license in virginia and cpr/Bls certification are also required.
