School Based Social Worker (LISW) or Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Riverview Elementary School

The social worker performs psychosocial assessments and provides supportive counseling to improve emotional coping and treatment adherence. They also collaborate with the healthcare team to identify resources and facilitate family-Centered care meetings.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in clinical counseling or social work and possess an active lpcc or lisw license in ohio. A minimum of two years of work experience in a related discipline is required.
