About the role

Deliver 1

1 ABA therapy in home, center, or school settings while progressing through a structured clinical pathway. Participate in supervision and professional development to gain competencies in assessment, intervention, and program design.

Are you working toward your BCBA and looking for a practicum experience that actually supports your growth? Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity where you'll earn supervision hours, mentorship, and support across all hours, all while building real clinical experience with children and families. As part of the Elevate team, you’ll work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progress through a structured, three-stage pathway, Emerge, Empower, Ascend, with built-in milestones, wage increases, and personalized support.

Compensation

$20 - $23 base pay with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.
