In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time

The bcba will provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients by developing assent-Based treatment plans and monitoring progress. They will also supervise behavior technicians through coaching and engage families through collaborative parent training.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) with a commitment to compassionate, child-Led therapy. The role requires the ability to manage a caseload and provide effective clinical guidance to support staff and families.
