PRN Cardiac Rehab Educator

The cardiac rehab educator provides age-Appropriate cardiac education to patients and families while serving as a liaison between inpatient and outpatient cardiac services. They also facilitate the outpatient referral process and act as a resource for interdisciplinary staff regarding cardiac care.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school or hold a master's degree in exercise science or a related field. At least one year of experience in cardiology is required, along with current bls and acls certifications.
