Neonatal Discharge Planner - Neonatal ICU - PRN -1st Shift

The neonatal discharge planner is responsible for identifying and facilitating the learning needs of parents of rnicu patients. They coordinate patient discharges using a multidisciplinary approach and develop educational materials for families.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current alabama licensure. A minimum of 5 years of rn experience in a level iii neonatal icu is preferred.
