Neonatal Discharge Planner - Neonatal ICU - FT -1st Shift

The neonatal discharge planner identifies and facilitates processes to address the learning needs of parents of rnicu patients. They are responsible for developing educational materials and coordinating the discharge of patients using a multidisciplinary approach.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current alabama licensure. The role prefers 5 years of rn experience in a level iii neonatal icu and recent experience as an educational instructor.
