Family Service Specialist

The family service specialist supports eligible families by providing resource information and serving as a liaison between school districts, community agencies, and families. They are responsible for maintaining case records, conducting outreach and enrollment, and facilitating family partnership agreements.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a social service field or have equivalent case management experience, along with at least one year of experience working with low-Income families. Proficiency in ms office and the ability to work in a multi-Cultural environment are required, with bilingual skills in chinese or spanish preferred.
