The assistant provides supportive services and resources for early learning staff and parents regarding children with special needs. They also coordinate with families and medical professionals to manage healthcare plans and monitor referrals.

Candidates must hold at least an associate degree in a related field and have a minimum of two years of experience working with children and families. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
