Youth and Family Support Professional - Dutchess

Provide individualized support services to youth and families in the foster care system, including family advocacy, psychosocial rehabilitation, and respite care. Collaborate with schools, develop safety plans, and assist teens with vocational and employment preparation.

Requires a bachelor's degree in an approved doh field with at least 2 years of experience, or a master's degree with 1 year of experience. Candidates must possess strong documentation skills and the ability to work independently.
