Responsibilities

of an infant teacher: Child Development: Deep understanding of infant development stages to plan age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth. Classroom Management: Creating a safe and organized learning environment with clear feeding, sleeping, playtime, and transition routines. Observation and Assessment: Continuously observe infants to identify individual needs and developmental milestones and document progress through detailed records. Parent Communication: Maintaining open communication with parents through regular updates, conferences, and addressing any concerns about their child's development. Basic Care: Providing necessary care like feeding, changing diapers, dressing, and hygiene practices. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines for infant care, including proper handling and supervision. Team Collaboration: Working effectively with other staff members to ensure consistent care and communication across the classroom.
