The Role As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside our Lead Teacher to create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment. You will be actively engaging them in age-appropriate activities, supporting their social-emotional growth, and ensuring their safety and well-being. What You'll Do: Curriculum: Assist implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, that fosters language, motor skills, cognitive and social-emotional growth. Engage & Play: Facilitate hands-on learning activities, arts and crafts, storytime, and outdoor play that spark imagination. Connect with Families: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and guardians, providing daily updates on their child's progress and joy. Ensure Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with state licensing regulations.

  • Work as part of a supportive team to plan lessons, manage classroom routines, and celebrate every child's unique achievements. Experience
