The Lead Teacher is responsible for managing a toddler classroom, implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and ensuring the safety and developmental growth of children. They also build partnerships with families and provide mentorship to assistant teachers.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in Early Childhood Education and hold a PDIS Level 2 certification. They must also meet all state licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher.
