Essential Functions
Follows AOB curriculum and best practices in development of daily instructional plan.
Use varied assessment tools to perform both formative and summative assessments by demonstrating a willingness to respond to individual learning needs.
Collaborates with grade level teachers to enhance and support instructional planning as well as collaborating with content area teachers or cross-curricular assignments.
Communicates effectively with students, parents, and administration in all matters related school.
Practice positive, consistent discipline in the management of the classroom.
