*****this is a part time position-M-Th 3 to 5 hrs. Per day*****

What you’ll do

As a Job Coach, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals, supporting them as they learn, grow, and succeed in real workplace settings.

You will

  • Coach and teach job tasks in a supportive, hands-on way
  • Break down tasks into simple, achievable steps
  • Help build workplace habits and life skills that promote independence
  • Encourage confidence, growth, and problem-solving
  • Support clients in community-based job settings
  • Transport clients as needed

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • State-required auto insurance (minimum liability coverage)
