HR Generalist

The hr generalist manages day-To-Day hr operations, including the full employee life-Cycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. They also serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and college policies.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and possess at least 3 years of relevant hr experience. Proficiency in hris platforms and a strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor regulations are required.
