Outreach & Admissions Counselor, Lawton – Open to Former Job Corps Students Only

The counselor is responsible for conducting community outreach to attract eligible applicants to the job corps program and supporting student retention. They will also interview candidates, manage enrollment documentation, and monitor student progress against career success standards.

Candidates must have at least two years of related experience in youth development or admissions. A bachelor's or associate's degree in a field such as human services, psychology, or education is required.
