Residential Advisor - On-Call

This on-Call paraprofessional role involves providing substitute residential advisor services necessary for the orderly operation of the dormitory program, including supervising students and maintaining living conditions on a 24/7 operational basis. Responsibilities include student support, record maintenance, goal assistance, staff communication, and ensuring safety and discipline within the dormitory.

Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, high organizational abilities, and professionalism, along with the capacity to lead and motivate diverse students. A high school diploma is required, though an associate degree in a human services field is preferred, and a valid state driver's license is mandatory.
