Career Transition Services Specialist

The specialist is responsible for providing placement and follow-Up services to graduates and former enrollees, acting as the main point of contact for transition support and arranging interviews with employers and community agencies. Duties also include verifying and reporting placements, maintaining communication with internal staff and workforce development centers, and enforcing center policies.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant human services field or an associate's degree with two years of related experience, along with proficiency in advanced microsoft office applications and general computer literacy. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate students are essential, as is a valid driver's license.
