Core responsibilities
The masters coach is responsible for running daily operations of the swim team and establishing training programs to help adult swimmers achieve their goals. They also provide technique instruction, support swimmers at meets, and maintain the cleanliness of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least 2 years of coaching experience. Additional requirements include us masters membership, cpr/Aed certification, and the ability to obtain a lifeguard certification within 60 days.
