Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and maintaining an orderly, engaging environment. They collaborate with lead guides to facilitate learning activities and build respectful relationships with children and families.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, adaptable mindset and a genuine interest in the montessori approach are required.
