Before School Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional assists in the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate programs to ensure a safe and positive environment for youth. They are responsible for building meaningful relationships with members and modeling positive behaviors while facilitating activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and the ability to pass a national background check. Previous experience working with youth in a team environment is required, with preference given to those with experience in a boys & girls club setting.
