Learning Facilitation Professional

The learning facilitation professional plans, coordinates, and implements training programs for medical staff, including both instructor-Led and virtual sessions. They are also responsible for monitoring training records to ensure regulatory compliance and analyzing course evaluations to improve training effectiveness.

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a medical assistant and hold a current certification from a recognized body. Proficiency in microsoft office applications and prior experience in training or learning development are also required.
