Home Health Student Nurse Internship - Kinston, NC

Interns will assist registered nurses by providing direct patient care in home settings, which includes conducting patient assessments, documenting findings, and participating in care planning under supervision. Responsibilities also involve practicing empathetic communication with patients and families while adhering to all clinical protocols and maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited lpn, adn, or bsn program with graduation expected between december 2026 and summer 2027, and must work full-Time (40 hours/Week) for 8 weeks from june 1 to july 24. A valid driver’s license, completion of at least one acute care clinical rotation, and active aha basic life support (Bls) certification are mandatory.
