Learning Facilitation Professional

The certified medical assistant preceptor trainer plans and implements all aspects of training programs for participants, including instructor-Led and virtual sessions, while creating an environment conducive to learning and achieving desired outcomes. This role also involves monitoring training personnel records for compliance and analyzing course evaluations to suggest improvements.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience as a medical assistant or in a training role, along with national certification from an accredited agency. Preferred qualifications include experience using various training tools, managing projects, streamlining workflows, and communicating effectively with leadership.
