Instructional Aide → 26/27 SY

The instructional aide will provide personalized support and guidance to students in grades k-5 to help implement their individualized education programs. They will also collaborate with teachers to manage student behavior and maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress.

Candidates must hold at least an associate degree in education or a related field and possess experience working with children in special education or behavioral health settings. Proficiency in crisis management and strong communication skills are required to effectively support students with diverse learning needs.
