Job Overview
Berkeley College seeks highly qualified and motivated part-time instructors for maternal/child clinical rotations at off-site healthcare facilities within the State of New Jersey. Teaching assignments vary by term.
To provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in their courses and pass any licensure and/or certification examination and enter and progress in the program. The philosophy of Berkeley College requires that all education, training and preparation be conducted in a professional manner to meet both student and employer needs.
Hourly Range: $55-$75
Job Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Nursing (doctoral preferred) and three years’ clinical experience in Maternal/Child
- Demonstrated success in teaching at an institution of higher education
- A willingness to travel and teach at off-site clinical facilities
- An ability to teach classes during the day, the evening and/or the weekend
- Experience using technology and interactive electronic materials to support teaching and learning
- Experience using a Learning Management System such as Canvas
