Youth Counselor

The youth counselor provides supervision, guidance, and mentoring to residents in a residential treatment setting. They are responsible for maintaining facility safety, documenting progress in electronic health records, and collaborating with clinical staff on behavioral goals.

Candidates must have a bachelor's or associate degree in a human services field, or a high school diploma with at least two years of experience working with youth. Applicants must also possess a valid driver's license and pass criminal and child abuse history clearances.
