Youth Counselor

The youth counselor provides supervision, guidance, and mentoring to residents in a residential treatment facility. They are responsible for maintaining facility safety, documenting progress in electronic health records, and collaborating with clinical staff to achieve behavioral goals.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or two years of college in a social services field, or a high school diploma with two years of youth work experience. Applicants must also possess a valid driver's license and pass criminal and child abuse background clearances.
