Childrens Case Manager (Childrens Care Coordinator)

The children's case manager provides professional case management services and acts as an advocate for clients to secure necessary services. They are responsible for coordinating care and working effectively within an interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of children and adolescents.

Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or human services. Additionally, at least one year of relevant experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances is required.
