Childrens Case Manager (Childrens Care Coordinator)

The primary responsibility is providing professional case management services to eligible clients, acting as an advocate to secure necessary services for client needs. The case manager must coordinate all services deemed necessary to meet client needs while working effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or behavioral health, or a degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of relevant human services experience. A minimum of one year of relevant life/Work experience working with children with a serious emotional disturbance is also required.
