Childrens Case Manager (Childrens Care Coordinator)

The primary responsibility is to provide professional case management services to eligible clients, acting as an advocate to secure necessary services for client needs. This involves coordinating all services deemed essential for the clients served, who are children and adolescents.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or a closely related discipline, or a degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of relevant human services experience. A minimum of one year of relevant life/Work experience working with children with a serious emotional disturbance is also required.
