Childrens Case Manager (Childrens Care Coordinator)

The primary responsibility is providing professional case management services to eligible clients, acting as an advocate to secure necessary services and coordinating all required support to meet client needs. This role requires sensitivity toward others, enjoyment in working with children and adolescents, and effective teamwork within an interdisciplinary setting.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or a closely related discipline, or a degree in an unrelated field plus one year of relevant human services experience. A minimum of one year of relevant life/Work experience working with children with a serious emotional disturbance is also required, along with intermediate computer skills.
