  • College Living Experience (CLE) is a comprehensive college support program for neurodiverse young adults, including students with autism, ADHD, and learning differences.
  • Our students attend local colleges while receiving individualized support across four core domains: Academics, Career Development, Social Skills, and Independent Living Skills.
  • Through coaching, mentorship, and real-world experiences, we help students develop the confidence, skills, and independence needed to succeed in college, employment, relationships, and adult life.
  • We are seeking a Coach who is passionate about helping young adults achieve their goals across all aspects of life.
  • In this role, you will provide individualized support tailored to each student's unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations.
  • You will work collaboratively with students, families, and team members to help students build independence, self-confidence, and the skills necessary to thrive in their communities.

The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring young adults, building meaningful relationships, and supporting growth across academics, career readiness, social development, and independent living.

    • Encourage self-advocacy and independent decision-making.
    • Documentation & Team Collaboration Maintain accurate student documentation and progress notes in BestNotes.
    • Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding student progress and support needs.
    • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across all four domains to provide coordinated, holistic support.

Many successful Coaches have backgrounds in: Psychology Social Work Education or Special Education Counseling Behavioral Health or ABA Occupational Therapy Student Affairs Human Services This role is especially rewarding for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving real-world challenges, and helping young adults discover their strengths while developing the skills needed for adulthood.

    Transportation Requirements This role includes travel between work sites and transporting students as needed.

    Applicants must

    • Possess a valid driver’s license
