As a BCBA, you’ll make a meaningful difference by

  • Supporting students/clients 1:1 in our Clinic
  • Provide high-quality supervision using in-the-moment coaching and BST to build staff confidence and clinical skill
  • Maintaining clear, detailed records and updating strategies as needed
  • Design and oversee individualized, assent-based treatment plans that prioritize engagement, dignity, and meaningful progress
  • Create a positive therapy environment where clients are happy, relaxed, and motivated to learn
  • Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture where staff feel respected, empowered, and effective
  • Partner with families in a strengths-based, practical way that supports real-life success beyond sessions
  • Use data and clinical judgment to make thoughtful, responsive programming decisions (not just meet metrics)
  • Contribute to clinic growth, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement
