Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for developing and monitoring child-Specific behavior plans while providing supervision and training to registered behavioral technicians. They must also conduct assessments, manage authorizations, and maintain regular communication with families and clinical leadership.

Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and a master’s degree in a related field. Strong analytical skills, the ability to perform physical tasks related to client interaction, and adherence to ethical and hipaa standards are required.
