Virtual bcba - Board certified behavior analyst

The bcba is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring customized behavior treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities. They also provide direct behavioral treatment, conduct functional assessments, and train staff in positive behavior support methodologies.

Candidates must hold a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field and possess a current board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Additionally, at least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is required.
