Program Supervisor

Program supervisors deliver evidence-Based aba therapy to children with autism across various settings and provide mentorship to behavior therapists. They also collaborate with bcbas on treatment planning, assessments, and the maintenance of client documentation.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of experience in aba or behavior intervention services. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
