Head Start Instructional Assistant

The instructional assistant supports the head start teacher in implementing educational activities and fostering the social, emotional, and physical development of preschool children. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring a safe classroom environment, and supporting english language learners.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged equivalent and experience working with children in a team environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background check are required.
