Position Summary
The Camp Cabin Leader is responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging living environment for campers with physical and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on daily care, supervision, and fostering independence while ensuring each camper has a meaningful and inclusive camp experience. The Cabin Leader serves as a primary point of support, building strong relationships with campers and promoting a sense of belonging within the cabin group.

What you'll do
- Maintain Camp Spaces
- Keep all camp areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Perform routine checks to ensure safety and functionality
- Report and assist with minor repairs and maintenance
- Support Set-Up & Logistics
- Set up and break down activity spaces and events
- Move equipment, supplies, and adaptive materials as needed
- Assist with deliveries and inventory
- Promote Safety & Accessibility
- Ensure clear walkways and safe environments
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Help create accessible spaces for individuals of all abilities
- Work as a Team
- Support all departments with facility needs
- Respond quickly to requests from staff
- Participate in trainings and daily briefings

What you bring
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks and maintenance support
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
