1 behavior aide provides direct supervision and support to students with disabilities within a classroom setting to help them meet academic and behavioral goals. Responsibilities include implementing iep and bip plans, collecting behavioral data, and assisting with transitions and conflict resolution.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working with at-Risk youth. A valid driver's license and a reliable personal cell phone are required, with preference given to those with collegiate-Level education in behavioral science or human services.
